To Be the Man

To be big and strong
when she feels little and delicate

To fold your arms around her
in which she fits so well

To feel her shyly put her palms on your chest
and relax in your arms

To breathe in her scent
and be tickled by strands of her hair

To feel her bury her nose in your breast
and let out a sigh of content

To hold her and protect her
for a second and for a thousand years

To stop the world
and just Be

To be hers, all hers,
and to hold your treasure next to your heart

To be a man
and to never need of chocolate

To be the man,
the man that she deserves

Once again I thank you for allowing me to wander around in the labrynth of your mind. It is secret and beautiful, stirring and soul searching.

P.S. If you want earth shattering chocolate cake go to Macaroni Grill and order theirs, real moist rich dark chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache lightly sprinkled with nuts garnished with real whipped cream.

Orgasm on a plate.

Thank you so much, Shidonae. I dined, in fact, recently at Macaroni Grill, but I did not try their chocolate cake. I believe I will, next time.

You should try it sometime. It’s chocolate wrapped in chocolate. You’ll have a buzz for hours.

“To be a man
and to never need of chocolate”

I do love that line. It caught me by surprise and it culd be taken in so many ways. General message aside, it is, in fact, the best part of this poem, precisely because it is so unexpected. Very nice.

Thank you, Oatmeal Girl; your praise carries much weight with me. That line turned out to be the pinch of nutmeg that makes everyone go “Hmmm… what is that?”

Sweet beautiful Poem.

The world needs more Men who knows their most important role no matter what is to love and protect those who they love and give themselves to them.

Although Chocolate I think everyone should like it but I understand not everyone does;)

I bashfully confess to being a chocaholic. I cannot stay away from a lava cake…
