We are the Lucky Ones

What is drawing me, really drawing me, to this… lifestyle, if you will, is that very potential for having everything. We can have everything that the best of vanilla relationships can bring, but we get an additional strata of interaction and connection that is lacking in normal relationships.

We are the lucky ones. No matter the heartache our natures cause us in our lives, when we do find what we seek, we find something that transcends what the people around us can achieve. We have everything they have and yet we have so much more.

We have a level of understanding and intimacy that is hard to achieve by other means. We are home in a way that is uncommon, and personally, I would be awarded something priceless by that very special submissive woman, something that nobody but her breed can afford: radical trust.

To me, it is not about kinky sex. That is a good side-dish, but the main course is within our hearts and our minds.

It is about connecting, and understanding, and trusting, and surrendering, and achieving contentment. It is to be understood and accepted beyond your wildest dreams. It is about weaving a bond from tiny invisible threads that is stronger and deeper and more profound than we dare to imagine.

It is about enveloping each other, and to be enveloped by each other. It is about symbiosis; to feed and be fed upon, to possess and to be possessed.
